Indika had the privilege of being invited to speak at the Senior Leadership Meeting of a multinational conglomerate with over 50,000 employees in multiple countries. Indika addressed the senior leadership of 25 individuals where he emphasized the significance of building a cohesive organizational culture and provided actionable insights on achieving unity. The talk left the audience inspired to create a more unified and collaborative workplace. 

Indika was the first Sri Lankan to lead the Q&A Preview for Tony Robbins’ Unleash the Power Within Program. Engaging with attendees from all across Asia, he tackled their diverse challenges and inquiries, delivering insightful solutions and empowering perspectives. 

Indika was invited as a guest speaker at the Leadership Conference of one of Sri Lanka's leading commercial banks. His talk centered on growth, addressing obstacles and strategies for unlocking unlimited possibilities. By sharing practical insights, Indika inspired the leadership team to embrace continuous improvement and pursue their full potential. 

Indika had the honor of delivering a keynote speech at the Annual Conference of District 82 of Toastmasters International. The topic, "What’s your biggest problem?", encouraged participants to identify and address their challenges. Indika guided attendees in finding solutions by overcoming limiting beliefs and behaviors, and demonstrating how asking empowering questions can lead to transformative shifts. 

Indika had the honor of addressing the five most senior members of the leadership team of one of the highest-ranked banks in Sri Lanka. In a specially curated speaking engagement, Indika addressed the members collectively and individually, offering an in-depth and profound exploration of the role of a leader.
